2025亞太青年文學創作大賽（冬季賽）參賽公告
各位亞太地區青年創作者：
由亞太青年發展協會（APYDA）主辦的「2025亞太青年文學創作大賽（冬季賽）」正式啟動！本次大賽以「成長」為核心主題，旨在搭建青年文學交流平台，鼓勵大家透過文字描繪成長中的感悟、蛻變與溫暖，抒發青春心聲，碰撞文化思維，誠邀各年齡段文學愛好者踴躍參與。
一、參賽資訊
• 參賽對象：
◦ 小學組：S1-S6（6歲-12歲）
◦ 中學組：F1-F6（12歲-18歲）
◦ 公開組：19歲-55歲
• 參賽方式：免費參與，作品請發送至指定郵箱：2456207837@qq.com
• 時間安排：
◦ 作品提交截止：2025年12月25日
◦ 結果公佈：2025年12月31日
二、作品要求
1. 圍繞「成長」主題創作，題材不限（散文、詩歌、小說、劇本等均可），字數建議500-3000字；
2. 作品需為原創，未在公開平台發表過，不得抄襲或轉載；
3. 郵件主題格式：「組別+姓名+作品名稱」，正文附作者聯絡方式（電話、微信）。
為確保作品規範統一，便於評審與展示，現將參賽作品格式要求明確如下：

1. 請使用 Word文件（.docx格式） 提交；
2. 文件命名格式：「組別_姓名_作品名稱.docx」（例：中學組_李小明_《成長的足跡》.docx）。
三、比賽規則
- 參賽限制：每人限提交1篇作品，重複提交或多作品提交將視為無效。
- 版權說明：參賽作品一經提交，即視為同意主辦方擁有作品的非商業性展示、推廣權（作者仍保留作品著作權）；若作品涉及版權糾紛，責任由作者自行承擔。
- 評審流程：
◦ 初審：由協會文學顧問團篩選符合主題、原創要求的作品；
◦ 複審：評審團（文學作家、教育工作者）針對入圍作品評分；
◦ 結果公示：獲獎名單將同步發佈在官網及郵件通知作者。 - 獎項設置：
◦ 每組分設：冠軍1名、亞軍2名、季軍3名、殿軍4名、優勝者若干名；
◦ 獲獎福利：所有獲獎者可免費獲得電子獲獎證書，冠/亞/季/殿軍可額外自選實體獎座1座。

Announcement of Participation in the 2025 Asia-Pacific Youth Literary Creation Competition (Winter Competition)
Dear young creators in the Asia-Pacific region:
The “2025 Asia-Pacific Youth Literary Creation Competition (Winter Competition)” sponsored by the Asia-Pacific Youth Development Association (APYDA) was officially launched! With “growth” as the core theme, this competition aims to build a youth literature exchange platform, encourage everyone to describe the perception, transformation and warmth of growth through words, express the voice of youth, and collide with cultural thinking. We sincerely invite literature lovers of all ages to participate actively.
I. Entry information
- Participants:
◦ Primary school group: S1-S6 (6-12 years old)
◦ Middle school group: F1-F6 (12-18 years old)
◦ Public group: 19-55 years old
- Entry method: Free participation, please send the works to the designated email: 2456207837@qq.com
- Schedule:
◦ Deadline for submission of works: December 25, 2025
◦ Results announced: December 31, 2025
II. Requirements for the work
- Based on the theme of “growth”, the subject is not limited (prose, poetry, novels, scripts, etc.), and the recommended word count is 500-3000 words;
- The work must be original and not published on the public platform, and shall not be plagiarised or reprinted;
- Email subject format: “group + name + name of the work”, and the author’s contact information is attached to the text (telephone, WeChat).
In order to ensure the standardisation and uniformity of the works and facilitate the review and display, the format requirements of the entries are clarified as follows:
- Document format:
- Please use the Word document (.docx format) to submit;
- Document naming format: “Group_Name_Work Name.docx” (e.g. Middle School Group_Li Xiaoming_”Growth Footprints”.docx).
III. Competition rules
- Entry restrictions: Each person is limited to one work, and repeated submission or multiple submissions will be considered invalid.
- Copyright Notice: Once the entry is submitted, it is deemed that it is agreed that the organiser has the right to non-commercial display and promotion of the work (the author still retains the copyright of the work); if the work involves copyright disputes, the responsibility shall be borne by the author himself.
- Review process:
◦ Preliminary examination: The literary advisory group of the association will screen the works that meet the theme and original requirements;
◦ Review: The jury (literary writers, educators) will score the shortlisted works;
◦ Results announcement: The list of winners will be published synchronously on the official website and notified to the author by email.
- Award setting:
◦ Each group is divided into: 1 champion, 2 runner-up, 3 third-up, 4 hall soldier, and several winners;
◦ Award benefits: All winners can get an electronic award certificate for free, and the champion/asian/season/hall army can choose an additional physical medal seat.
IV. Scoring criteria (full score of 100)
